Three recurring deliverables, rebuilt

The same documents, rebuilt by hand, every month, for every client. One of them alone took a full working day.
I built three guided tools on a shared engine. They do the assembly and check the work before it goes out. The team keeps the judgment. A full day became roughly two hours, and they own and run the tools themselves.
What you don't see is usually where the opportunity lives.

About
I'm a founder and operator with over twenty years building and running businesses.
I founded Spacefy, a marketplace for creative spaces, grew it across five North American cities and led it through to a public listing. Before that I built Talfazat at NeuLion, an Arabic streaming brand launched across web, mobile and set-top box in 2008, before streaming was an industry.
In 2020, at Ziplunch, I led product and marketing for a food-tech platform through COVID, when every office we served closed in a week.
Today I work with growing businesses and agencies on the same thing I've always worked on: what runs beneath the surface. How demand is created, how it's captured, and whether any of it can be repeated without adding people. AI and automation come into the work where they earn their place, not as the pitch.
I also make chocolate. Eastland is Jordan's first bean-to-bar brand, produced by hand from the raw cacao bean. Based in Amman, working across the region.
